★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live near one of his rental properties that was shut down as a drug house. He took no action to evict or otherwise moderate his tenants activities when the issue was brought to his attention. He continues to rent to whoever will pay the bill and the renters are not of the best. He claimed he spent thousands on renos. I toured the property after police took everyone out. Never renovated in the last decade or four, ancient furnace and fittings. This realtor is not a good landlord his property is not maintained and there is no respect for the neighbourhood. Not recommended to engage with.
