I can not full express how great a home buying experience was with Jason. First call/recommendation if i ever have a need again, or know someone that does. If you want to read more, here's a summary of my experience. When i was looking for a real estate agent to assist my family in the purchase of our first home. I sent an email to multiple agents that i knew from friends, family, and networking circles as i wanted to work with an agent that would work with us, and put in the effort to ensure we made informed decisions. Right at the start he responded to my request very quickly to advise that he'd a appreciate a little bit of time to put together a well worded package to explain why he'd be the right choice, then followed up with 24 hours with exactly what was promised. Going above and beyond on a request for information was huge and clinched the decision to partner with him on the purchase. In our initial meeting, Jason made it clear that he works for the people that hired him. Yes, he does get paid commission, but his goal is not to pad his pocket book. We've all heard that story many times (Car sales, etc), so i was skeptical. But i can say from first hand experience, Jason was not kidding. Without directly telling us what decisions to make, he ensured on many occasions that we were making informed decisions, which i don't believe an agent that wanted a quick sale would have done. When we had placed an offer, and it was accepted, Jason was only a text/email or call away for the stupid little questions that come up with a first time buyer such as myself. He made sure he was with us when the home was inspected, and ensured we understood what the inspector found. He even went to bat for us when something came up as a potential red flag. If i could give him 6 Stars i would 98% (2% docked for declining to help me clean pet hair out of the carpet - Although he had a phone number ready for me to call to gt it done - So i should still say 100%). If you've made it through this review. To sum up, There is only one name in my Rolodex for real estate now. Where as before i had many.

I'm very happy that we had Jason's assistance and expertise in helping my family and I find the right house for us. Jason is extremely knowledgeable, patient, easy to talk to and very responsive. The stress of finding a new home was alleviated by the fact that we had Jason to help us through each and every step of the way, and he had answers for every one of our questions immediately after inquiring. It was obvious to us that he had our best interests at heart, without a doubt. I highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to buy a house. He is very upfront and discloses any and all information required, not by just providing you with the documents, but by going through it with you in depth and making sure you fully understand what you're getting into. We never felt rushed to make a decision or that we weren't provided with enough information.

I just gave Jason five stars for a condo purchase attempt that failed. The failure was due to the inability (or possibly refusal) of the Seller and Seller’s agent to provide adequate Schedule C documentation. My wife and I worked with Jason for two weeks to try and assemble the information on our own but concluded, with Jason's assistance, that it was better to walk away than to purchase a potential liability. Many agents can help you buy or sell, Jason is a true professional motivated by more than completing a transaction. We are still looking to purchase a condo and continue to work with Jason in our search for one.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my condo through Jason! I was living out of town at the time and Jason accommodated for the single weekend I was able to look at places.
