★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2008 I needed to replace the existing mobile home on my property but I was unimpressed and underwhelmed by what was available at other companies. The last place I looked was Sherwood homes. I was immediately struck by the quality and variety of the modular homes available. The owner Al was extremely helpful with all aspects of making changes to the floor plan to suit my needs. The sales staff went the extra mile whenever I had a question or concern. The price was phenomenal compared to every other company I went to. The only issue was due to my changing the floorplan which resulted in the home being delivered late November. It was too cold to install the skirting and it had to wait until spring. Minor repairs from hauling the home were all done inclusive with the purchase price, no questions asked. Even removed my old home and displayed it on their property until it was sold. Extremely positive experience all around.
