★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a real fortunate to have Tim as agent to sell my last house in Regina. Our family moved to Calgary during Xmas break in extremely cold weather. It seems not a good time to list my property immediately. However, Tim tried his best to persuade me to list it only 4 days after move out from his professional market view. In this short time period, he helped us to complete a perfect house cleaning, staging and promotion. Our house received 26 showings and got 6 offers in a day. We sold it by 13%, or 62K more than the asking price. We are 100% satisfied with his services and highly recommend to anyone buying/selling in Regina.
