★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Midas Alert Street 1839 Albert st, Regina for Oil Change services, already booked an appointment few days back.
I wanted to consult some professional and make up my mind for my vehicle for some other services, which I thought should be done but after initial consultation. I was on reception asking questions when Manager operations Mr. Jarrod Callan (He introduced) intervened and told me that he is the right person to consult. As I asked him questions about my specific condition, he said it will take money to advice anything. Which I refused as at the moment I had less knowledge about the topic and couldn't decide.
When I refused, he almost yelled on me that I am wasting his time and he has to do a lot of work. Refusal to services was ok ( if that were paid) but the behavior was so un- professional and insulting. I could never expect this attitude anywhere.
Anyways, I told the person on reception to do the oil change only, it took approx. 40 mins and I prefer to stand outside the office, was not comfortable there. After sometimes, manager showed again with the chair that I can sit and if I pay them money he can listen. I refused any further services for my car and dealing with him especially... This incident gave me an impression that this business has no respect to the customers and insulting them is an ok norm there... very disappointing !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have yet to have any bad service at any Midas location I have been too. This visit only reaffirmed my love for this company and the amazing staff they have working for them.
I brought my car in for an out-of-province safety and they were quick and efficient. Every staff member I came across was friendly and extremely helpful.
Well done on yet another great win in a long line of successes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here from the instruction of the tire company I got the tires from. These guys didn't even want to look at it because the tire was "bald" (with over an inch of tread left) *insert eye roll*. Took the tire to the South OK Tire, they had no issue dealing and fixing said tire quickly and without hassle. Thanks OK Tire. But I'll never ever come back to Midas, midas find somewhere better to go!
Can't respond to the reply from Midas, so here's my reply:
No thank you, we won't bother with you anymore. When we need our new set of $2000 tires, we will be taking our business elsewhere and give them the money instead. Unless you'd like to reimburse the $50 in gas we spent going into the city twice for nothing to happen, we won't be coming back. Thanks. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My vehicle randomly died on my lunch break. Midas is a few blocks from my work, so I called to see if they had time to take a look. Jarrod immediately pulled my car into the garage to give me an idea of what was going on as well as an estimate. He went above and beyond, contacting multiple suppliers to find the part that needed to be replaced, and had it done an hour earlier than anticipated, despite being down 2 mechanics for the day. The pricing was fair, if not better than other shops that tended to other vehicles I've had. Customer service was top notch. I'll definitely be back to this location for any future needs.
