★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would gave "0" if possible for their horrible service! We have to send the prescription but NO ONE answer the phone for over 30min even you dictated as the prescriber! And the worst part was the phone was disconnected automatically!! Very unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of customer service is not what I would expect from a company like Costco. The pharmacy lost my medicine repeat on their system. The label on my small medicine bottle clearly stated that I had 1 repeat left, but upon taking the bottle to have a look, the person at the counter did not return the bottle to me, but tossed it to their recycle bin to destroy the evidence. I have never been to that pharmacy since that incident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff have bent over backwards trying to help us fill new and refill prescriptions and have compassion in such a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. And the dispensing fee is amazing, especially considering you don't have to have a membership to have prescription(s) there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Ordered a prescription via a doctor's fax. This pharmacy does not recognize this type of ordering. They will not begin the process until u are there. Then it takes 45 minutes. They could have at least called me to advise but chose not to. Then I got attitude from them. So I went to Stroud pharmacy and it took ten minutes with a smile.
