Great people, great service, and 100% has transformed our dog "owning" experience as me and my wife both work. We love the 24 x 7 x 365 service. The training, how well behaved our dog has become as a result of going to K9to5. How we can leave her safely even when we go on vacation. So many benefits, so many happy memories from events like valentine's day for the dogs etc. 1000% recommend them.

Our 16 year old dog had passed away about a year ago & we found ourselves dogless for the first time in 35 years. We lasted a few months & decided to bring a puppy into our family. Having a puppy was quite the challenge since the last time we experienced puppyhood had been 16 years ago! Taking our pup into K9 to 5 has been a wonderful support for us. Going to play twice a week has been beneficial for our dog & has certainly helped with socializing her as well as giving us a break. Our dog is very comfortable here & if we need to go somewhere & we're going to be more than 3 or 4 hours we always have the option to drop her off. She plays & comes home exhausted & we can pick her up & go home & enjoy a relaxing evening. We've had our girl bathed & groomed here several times & we've always been very pleased. Josie does an excellent job!
J	Juicy Lips & Beauty by Gina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been taking my dogs to k9 to 5 for over 4 years now for doggie daycare, grooming and even the puppy training class for my new fur baby. I have had a wonderful experience with this company, my dogs spa days are exceptional he always comes back home extra beautiful and they give you a free day of daycare on your grooming day. The groom is amazing, my pup is always excited to go there that now it has become a routine that at least 3 days a week we take him there! Jim and Vernessa are fantastic and genuinely love these dogs like they were there own, not to mention the wonderful ladies they have working for them! I highly recommend taking your fur babies there it is great for them and they are most definitely in great hands!
A	Alysha Dupuis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cute that they take a bathtub picture on the first visit. Normally grooming for my small dog takes roughly 3 hours. However last time my dog was there for 6 hours (not ideal as he has anxiety, but great if you are working and need the daycare option). He also contracted kennel cough on his last visit (he recovered quickly). Can be a little pricey but the blueberry facial was a great service for my dog.

The groomer Josie only marked that his ear was matted..didn't inform the staff she made him bleed and then cut a gash under his eye and didn't note it anywhere on his card. Absolutely furious with her. The owner was nice enough and understanding to compensate. But this kind of thing should never happen I've never experienced such a bad groomer even when he's been fully matted. Don't let Josie touch your dogs.

They told me it would be around $90. Today I went for the appt and the bill was $180. I reminded them About the phone call we had. They said sorry the phone call was just an estimate. Just repeating the facts. Personally, I won’t be returning and will find somebody else.
