โ โ โ โ โ Opens early and close late so I can get my laundry done before and after work! They do was and fold delivery services too whenever I'm lazy. It's a family business and great, friendly owners. A pleasant experience everytime. My go to laundromat for 15 years!!

โ โ โ โ โ Came here for the first time and was treated with so much love I felt like family! The owner Kendra showed me how to use the machines and how to get the most out of my money and save myself time.
Will definitely come again, highly highly recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ The Laundromat in Newmarket is a spacious and great alternative if you're building does not have large machines available or there is no where else to go nearby. It is close to my residence so for me it is convenient and nearby.
I like that there is also soap and fabric sheets available to purchase.
I brought my heavy blankets and bedding to get washed and I was happy with the end result.

- When I went in to do laundry, it was quiet/not crowded
- Came out with clean comforters and linens
Cons:
- Some of their bigger washers require you to fill from the very top of the machine. These machines work well if you're taller than 5'8. In my case, I had to use one of their chairs to help with that.
- Owner (I assume) or she could have been an Asian lady just refilling the coin machine gave horrible attitude. She assumed I was just only using her coin machine then walking out. I put my clothes in the washer, went out instead of waiting for half an hour and returned which she was only there to witness my return. I needed coins for the dryer therefore I opted to use their coin machine exchange as I carried bills. I turned around and she angrily stated "you don't use the machine. You just.." ..as I walked behind her to the washer with my linens in there she said "oh. You do the laundry?".. I said "yes" and that was that. She didn't apologize for her wrongful assumption nor attitude.
- No washroom available for people to use while doing their laundry.
- No available hand sanitizer, paper towels or disinfectants readily available for customers unlike other laundromats I've been to recently.
- If you put this address on Google maps, it will you bring you across the other plaza (near Love Shop) instead of this one for some reason.
It was my first time here and will be the last. I wished I had a better encounter as the reviews seemed pleasing, however it was an unfortunate one for me!
