★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very inhospitable attitude from the cashier, when approached by a minor problem. Got the sense that she’s repeating rude, memorized lines, instead of trying to help. Taking my business elsewhere in the Thornhill area, thankfully there are plenty of stores with wonderful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit this store a couple of times per year to get birthday party balloons. The staff are friendly and service is fast. Sometimes I order ahead while other times I just drop in and they fill the balloons on the spot.
