★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is very rude and outright belligerent. I have been dealing with this post office for over 15 years, in fact this convenience store was the pillar of the aurora shopping centre and community. But, no longer the new owner does not treat customers with respect. I miss the old owners, they knew how to treat you like one of the community and were never rude or disrespectful. I will be dropping my post elsewhere from now on.

Return package. Told me she would charge me for a slip that Canada post is supposed to provide! She was SOOOO rude and told me, “stop talking don’t piss me off”! Who says that to a customer? The worst service I have ever gotten at a Canada Post! DO NOT go to this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude customer service. Also refused tape for my box that came untapped from home. They now have signs up stating they will no longer help with packing. Not sure if this is official or something they added .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse customer Service. The lady was so rude and refuse to provide me a tape for my return. She said that I should bring a tape from home. From today's experience, I will rather to go another Canada post location then this one. Lady should learn how to treat customer.
