K	Kirby Karrie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I have been shopping in the store since it opened, we do love it, just about anything you could ever need or want is in this store, surprised as all get out when I had a product that just didn’t work for me, I took it back and had no problem exchanging it for something I could use, also a day of EXTREME IMPORTANCE we had a mix up with some table clothes like 10 of them and in a panic I rushed back to see if they would or could exchange them and they did, that was awesome. if that had been Dollar Rama I would have been out of luck, they wouldn’t even exchange a toy I picked up for my daughter that was broken in the package because they said no refunds or exchanges.! If I had to say anything negative about the store it would be, they have one particular cashier that could really use some training in customer service, she tends to get snippy easily and tends to put blame on the customer, as someone that has been trained extensively in customer relations she could really use some help in that area, also I once asked if the store would be able to order me some particular items they carry (so not like a special order or anything) but ever since asking they have yet to call or even reorder to stock the shelves so I’m guessing they aren’t able to get the product any longer ?? A phone call would have been nice ... But on that note I will still say we love the store and those two small things won’t stop us from shopping in it, or giving it a bad rating, it’s still a great store. ?
K	Kevin “Buddha Dude” Henderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the larger stores in the, "dollar" genre, but this really isn't a "dollar" store as such; the majority of items are well over a dollar. This is not necessarily a bad thing, or a criticism, just an observation. They sell a variety of items and have a wide selection of these items. From clothing, household items, basic home tools, basic electronics, toys, and party supplies, including helium filled balloons. I do find them to be a tad on the expensive side, compared to, say, The Dollar Store. I do like this store, and pop in to pick items up, but for many items, candy for example, they are too expensive.

S	Siddique Desai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The name shouldn't be dollar store anymore because they have stuff with $15-$20.but very good store with lots of varieties. You can find Cheaper Versions of Party city, Home depot at here. I prefer this over Dollarama for sure.

It was my second time shopping from there although I didn't have a bad experience the first time around this time I did. The lady at the cash was very rude. She did not even answer me when I said hello to her and talked to me with so much attitude. Please improve your customer service.
