★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not helpful at all, it took me 5 minutes just to find someone on the floor and when I asked for help she said "I would love to help but I need to clock in" which I had no issue with. But I stood there waiting for her to come back and she just continued talking with other cashiers and didn't come back to help. The item I was looking for was in stock according to the website but I searched the whole store and couldn't find it so I ended up leaving empty handed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a Hello Kitty Balloon. Was given a mini Mouse Balloon. I literally heard the cashier whisper to the employee who blew up the Balloon "I'm not getting into trouble over this...".very pricey

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's too bad I can't rate this establishment 0 stars. This location has always been a horrible for customer service. Extremely long wait times with 0 communication from staff to customers . The staff must be cold hearted, not a single smile or care is given at checkout most times. The prices are extremely high for mediocre products and subpar customer relations. I can't wait until dollarama gets more party supplies. Not sure who's training staff but they need some help ASAP!
