β β β β β They position themselves as a restaurant but food is less than adequate: bar food at most. Salmon is overcooked and dry, roasted potatoes are actually deep fried?? Breakfast items are also terrible: hollandaise sauce is not made on site and does not taste good at all. Lattes are made with drip coffeeβ¦ caesars on the other hand are good. Service ok! But would NOT recommend!!

β β β β β Worst restaurant ever, and this location in Aurora the service is terrible. The avocado sandwich isn't made from fresh avocado it comes from a bag premade-gross, the soups are also premade, if you order any type of eggs or omelette other than sunny side up you are getting eggs also from a premade bag of mixed eggs. Even the tomatoes were soggy, vegetables were old. Save your money and go to a real restaurant that makes fresh food!!!

β β β β β What a pleasant experience! I haven't been to symposium since the pandemic started but they are under new management and it was such a great visit! We were greeted at the door first thing by a lovely server/manager and we continued to have excellent service throughout the night. My friend and I really enjoyed the food and the cakes were a a great end to our meal. We ordered the broccoli cheddar soup, pad thai, and sweet potato fries. We got the carrot cake and caramel brownie. Will forsure be coming back!

β β β β β I had some good experiences for breakfast but this time we tried the lunch and unfortunately the traditional Poutine and Rib was awfully, I dont know the chef how did manage to β¦ that up?

β β β β β Good food , selection is ok and quality aswell, I had the burger it was very tasty and actually made me feel full after eating. Worst thing is too pay for dinner and still be hungry but this was not the case.

β β β β β Went into this place on a whim. Had to get some bloodwork done and wanted some refreshments with my partner.
Came in about 11:30am on a Thursday, so just before lunchtime. Wasnβt too busy. First thing we noticed is the beautiful artwork lining all the walls and a server immediately came to greet us and seat us down. She was very patient with us, and we ordered tea and spinach dip to share. They checked on us to make sure the food was good. The spinach dip was nice and flavourful and my partner enjoyed his peppermint tea.
Overall a nice experience.

β β β β β Ordered the veg with feta cheese omelet (canβt remember the exact name) for breakfast with the side of potatoes. In terms of flavour it beats sunny morning but it loses in terms of quantity. For a $16+tax breakfast entree I expected presentation to be better than thisβ¦ 5 stars for the food taste 3 stars for the other issues.

β β β β β The ambiance of Symposium is great (esp the patio!), however the food is just meh.
Pictured below is the Cobb salad and an omelette breakfast. The Cobb salad wasnβt even a real Cobb salad; it was just lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and one cold egg, with chicken that was saucyβ¦ very odd for a Cobb salad! Definitely wasnβt worth the $25 thatβs for sure.
My mumβs omelette was good, but wasnβt spectacular. The tomatoes were tasteless and the plate just looked sort of empty like it was missing somethingβ¦
The cappuccino was good and the desserts/cakes are good, which Iβve had before. Also the French toast is pretty bombβ¦
Servers are kind and service is quick.
No waiting around which is nice.
Would definitely come back here again (as I have a few times now), however Iβd just be more selective as to what I order.
