K	Kaelah Mizzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with a laundry basket full of hardly worn business attire, dresses, rompers, brand new maternity dresses, high wasted pants etc; I had Michael Khors, Zara, H&M brands, etc. They bought maybe 4 items saying the rest were not in style. I had clothes with tags and they didn't buy those either. I am always shopping recent trends and I am very up to date with my styles. It appears that the "trend" has to be the same as whoever is sorting your clothes. I saw what they had in that store for purchase and I was shocked. Very used and old looking clothes and they denied my hardly worn clothes. It was such a waste of time.
R	Rachel Granikol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusted by the attitude in this place. I drove over an hour to drop off clothes here and the staff decided to close the buying area early. No mention that this station closes early on their website. I asked if they could please just take a look at my items as I had three small bags. The supervisor Sidney looked at me and said, "we open tomorrow at 10" and turned away from me. Customer service is appalling, I will never be back and you can guarantee I'll let every single person I know about how disgusting this place is.

Not sure if they were just lazy or if people in Newmarket have a different sense of style than those in the city. I usually sell in store to or Markham where it’s at least worth my time.

I continue shopping and I couldn’t even look at the clothes because there were too many clothes on the rack in every section which was very disappointing. I’ve been to many different Plato‘s closet and Style Encore‘s and have never had such a bad experience.

I had brought my clothing items in a plastic moving bag and the woman at the counter rudely said to me "we don't take plastic" ..I wasn't GIVING you my plastic bag. I was happy to put my items in the bin and wait. I specifically came in and brought pants and jeans because I saw a social post requesting jeans and none of my pants or jeans were bought (levis, zara.. nice brands). I understand that they cannot take everything, but it was a bit of a joke and a complete waste of my time that they only took a little purse for 2 bucks.. Probably will not be returning in the future as I have to drive in from out of town to come here. I can thrift elsewhere, but I can't consign and it's a shame there are not more consignment stores around.
