★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just dropped by today to consign some handbags I barely used. They gave me an online account to track my stuff which is cool! The staff and manager were really awesome! They also support the women's shelter in the city. This lovely consignment store deserves a big shout out.

So I will defend him since My wife was also a victim of fake reviews a while back. I look at Loom & Magpie that has lots of great reviews However, you have one person that does not use their real name (probably for the purpose of a fake review) and that this is their first review. This person is the living definition of a fascist telling people how to run their business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve bought a few things here and there from you guys. No exceptional customer service. My items have been turned away-even though I felt they were of great quality & high end. However, a few days ago I saw you cut a fake Louis Vuitton on your Instagram. And that kind of turned me off seeing as though you preach how much you serve the injustice of woman (why not make someone’s day and give that to them). Then I see you become totally defensive over one bad review. I guess I’ll be adding another. Going to a news outlet to try and save face for your business was a poor choice. Giving CTV half the review, and no context was poor. Did you show them your non responses to the DM’s people were sending you? Did you show them your responses?? Not responding to any of the Instagram comments, of your customers who were clearly upset- doesn’t sit well with me. I have trouble supporting a business who at the end up the day was in the wrong and won’t own up to their mistakes. A company that has to be told what to do, isnt a company I want to support. I will be donating my items from your store to a worthy cause and hope you can grow from this❤️

They also carry some new items. I have some jewellery for sale in this store. I was pleased to hear that they also were trying to sell it online. This store is definitely worth shopping in.

Best prices compared to other consignment store. Got my Proenza for under 300 dollars. Nowhere can you find that price. They are very easy to deal with. Responds quick and efficiently. Their items are very clean and almost brand new. Got a YSL bag that is almost brand new. Love this store and its possible to shop even I am so far away from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried to go other places with my designer watches for battery changes and each time 2as a disaster, one watch ended up badly damaged and they charged me for a battery that was never truly replaced. I took them to Loom & Magpie for a fix and it was THE best service I've had by far. All three watches fixed and set without the teeniest mark or scuff. I will ONLY use them for my watch fixes from now on
