★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks a lot for your help guys! Only they were agree to help me at 12 at night! The other 3 companies in Regina refused, found 100 reasons not to come! I don’t know why people give them good feedback. It looked as if your problem happened after 5 pm and that means no one will come to help you. The first company said “ to late”, the second said “probably tomorrow”, the third “the guys don’t want to come because it was raining yesterday”. Only these guys said, they would help and will try to come as soon as they can! Thanks a lot to Chad, truck #40. He was so friendly and helpful.
P.S. I wish everybody to call to these guys firs when you are in a trouble! They will help you 100% and they have a good price, $50 less than other companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My truck tires were just rolling and not moving, my truck needed a tug , I was on call with other tow guys when I saw his truck on the road, I went to him and asked if he can give tug , he came to yard , gave tug and My truck was on the go.
He didnt charge me anything, it was his helping gesture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our rear tires got stuck in the snow when trying to turn on the highway, about 35 minutes just outside of Regina, and we called for assistance. The dispatcher was very kind and helpful and let us know they were able to send someone out of the city to help us. The dispatched truck called me very promptly to let us know he was on the way. While we waited for his arrival, a stranger who had a tow truck offered to help, and got us out before Big Rig arrived. I called the driver and let him know we no longer needed assistance and he said it was okay to cancel the service. Even though we didn't end up using Big Rig's service, our overall interaction with everyone was very positive and I'd recommend them.
