Everyone shut down Thursday night (not safe cold) but could prioritize tow 8am next day - arrived early at hotel, got car, towed to shop, flawless experience. They care about the customer and it showed - went out of there way to help out, operator was fantastic. Turned a bad experience (dead car, cold emergency, repair backups) into a great experience. Do not hesitate to call Dakota Towing in Regina - they have your back. Great communication and customer first mentality. Thanks Dakota Towing.
