★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 3 hats and 2 hoodies from the team store online on November 20, 2021. It has been over 3 months since we placed the order, and they still have not been shipped. It has been excuse after excuse. Then they tell you that they are finishing the order right away, and still nothing. It has been 13 days since they said they would get it completed, and still they are not done or shipped. And now no response. Last regular season hockey game was last week, and we never got to wear our hoodies and hats for a game!!!!
FINALLY GOT OUR ORDER, AND OUT OF 2 HOODIES, AND 3 HATS, ALMOST $300 ONLY 2 HATS WERE CORRECT TO OUR ORDER! THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND OUT REPLACMENTS AND THAT IS THE LAST WE HAVE HEARD ANYTHING. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, OR EMAILS! WILL BE TAKING MEANS TO GET OUR MONEY BACK! ABSOLUTLY WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!
