★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended the store on November 9, 2021 with my sons helmet strap broken. Mo and Michael were in the store and they not only replaced the strap but they also didn’t charge me for doing so! Very helpful, very nice and a super customer experience. Thank you Gents!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are rude and discriminatory!! Please do not shop here, when I entered the store I was rudely confronted by the 2 men behind the counter and treated with absolutely NO RESPECT. Guess my money isn’t green enough to shop at play it again. Would definitely NOT recommend, and will never EVER return.

No business from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time visiting a Play It Again Sports store and loved it! Started with word of mouth from a work colleague and called the Aurora store. Kyle answered the phone and helped looking for merchandise for me over the phone, never a moment did I feel any impatience. Ended up going in to the store and wow was I impressed with the availabilities of equipments they have. Had to bug Kyle many times with questions about certain equipments and, again, he was super patient with me and my husband with our endless questions. Didn’t end up buying the item we originally went in for, and still felt welcome by the staff in the store. Did end up finding another set of brand new snowboard/bindings at a great price and woohoo we bought it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager Mo was super understanding and accommodative. I previously bought new ski boots from his store and used a few times on the slopes. After realizing they were a size too big, Mo offered top tier customer service and support to resolve my concerns and inquiries.
Would definitely revisit him and Play It Again Aurora for the best products and service to fulfill all my winter sporting needs in the future.
