★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude cashier. At 7:40PM, People were locked out from doors. I have been told that all their computers were shut down, even the Canada Post ones. For complaints, no way, you have to call back in the morning and find the manager. I really wish they could take advices and improve their customer services.
But most of the time, the stock keepers are really nice. They always guide you to the correct place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been shopping at this location for decades and have always had outstanding service from all departments, it is my favourite location as it is always fully stocked and has a clean environment.
Unfortunately today was not the same.
My niece and I walked in to two woman standing near the beauty boutique desk talking to each other. They did not smile at us or greet us in any form. I tried to walk past them to get to the selection I needed, but they wouldn’t move or acknowledge my whereabouts, completely ignoring the six feet apart recommendations.
I picked up the two items I wanted to purchase and one of the ladies hurried over and rudely said “what do you need?! You can’t just open the packages, I’ll find your colour for you!”
I had already found the correct colours I needed (I am in between two shades) and I was checking the boxes to make sure they had the same product inside as the last time the box had the wrong shade inside.
I was shocked and had enough of the rude service. We left and drove to a different location in the city in hopes of finding better customer service.
I’m not sure if the woman working thought I was trying to steal the product or if they treat everyone like that. Perhaps a training session in customer service would be helpful.
There was a friendly gentleman who said good bye to us on the way out. It was greatly appreciated.

I was overcharge for my prescription and when I said that price is high they said that my insurance will only cover a 30 day supply and my prescription was for a 3 month supply when I said I wanted a 30 day supply so insurance will cover the pharmacist Ray was very ignorant and says whatever. I replied with a no not a what ever. Well what ever I will now get my prescriptions from Costco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband has had nothing but problems with this pharmacy since he switched to it. So far he has had to have his prescription sent over twice from his doctor and now a third time because they can't get it right. And on top of that, they call him to let him know that his prescription is updated and can be filled, but when he goes to pick it up they have no idea what he is talking about. Absolutely ridiculous. Never had this many problems with a pharmacy before...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing experience today. My wife and I drove 1.5 hours here for a day of errands and when we got to Regina I realized I had forgotten my insulin and test kit. The pharmacist George F did not hesitate to look up my Moose Jaw prescriptions and provide me right away with a vial of insulin, syringes, and test strips so we did not have to return home. I so appreciate the kind service.
