At Save-On-Foods, going the extra mile is nothing new. Actually, we’ve gone above and beyond in all areas of our business since we started, way back in 1915. Originally, we were called Overwaitea Food Group because of the founder’s practice of selling 18 ounces of tea for the price of 16, and the name “overweight tea” stuck. Fast forward over 100 years and that name has changed, but we’re still known for delivering extra value to our customers. Today our company is best known for its most prominent banner—Save-On-Foods—but also includes PriceSmart Foods, Urban Fare and Bulkley Valley Wholesale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get the membership card, you'll thank me later. I swear by Save on Foods, they always have great deals, friendly staff, a clean store and a friendly atmosphere. They also have a great app that's super easy to use! You can order to pick up/curbside your groceries so you don't have to spend time walking up and down the isles, or they have a delivery option where they can get your groceries to you by the next day. Delivery drivers are super sweet too. All n all I love save on's, they have a forever customer with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save on foods carries a lot of interesting selections that other grocery stores do not. They have amazing BBQ selections and an insanely large cheese variety selection. This save on also has a Starbucks and a chicken wing buffet. Check back regularly for really good deals on chicken and brisket. They also have the best selection on organic and novelty groceries in there city. Don't forget your Save-on card because you get the best price with it. There is no option to check your phone number or address. You need the card to get the deals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, I used to ony shop at Sobeys. When it closed down, I tried Save-On. Their app is great and the delivery has been spot on, every time. The produce section is incredible. It doesn't have that Co-op welcoming feel but it makes up for it in other ways. A welcomed addition to Regina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save-On-Foods is a high quality grocery store. They have a great selection of organic and healthy foods. There is a Starbucks located right in the store too. They have a great deli counter serving quick lunch options. There is even freshly made sushi rolls here. The staff is friendly and courteous. They definitely carry different food choices than most other grocery stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is not our regular grocery store but went in to see if they had some items I wanted. got to self check out and I don't have a savings card..to scan.... the manager was very good. came over and helped us get the sale prices . good attitude and helpful.
