A	Artur Shamsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst location ever. I brought there a child high chair in a pretty good condition carefully placed in its original package box with tapes on box openings. After a couple hours of "inspection" and evaluation I was told that I had to wash the chair if I wanted it sell it to them. The offer they gave me I didn't accept due to comparison I made for the similar stuff on Kijiji (I brought there many other child items in a good condition - the offer they give is 4-5 times less than they are gonna sell it, Kijiji in this more beneficial). The chair was pushed back in the box by this location staff. The box remained opened by the time I picked it back from them. I made a mistake and should have checked the condition of the chair right in front of them, because when I got it back home and pulled it to see what needs to be washed the sit of the chair was cut in 2 places due to careless pushing it back to the box. Of course it was too late to argue, but the impression I got from this location will never make me deal with them again.

We waited at the counter for three minutes as they faced us with no acknowledgement we were there. Never got to purchase our pile of clothes and ended up leaving.

I called to asked if they take all seasons of items before bringing three boxes of clothing ( all guc brand new most some still with tags ) they bought a snowsuit off of me- that was it. I know they didn’t go through the boxes, because the boxes still had the same items at the top as when I dropped them off. They closed due to rain after I waited in town for 2 of the 4 hours that they told me it would take to sort through….. drive home, drive back the next day to pick up all the boxes of clothing and 10 dollars that they offered me for three items of over 200 summer and winter items. Very unhappy.
S	Seth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here today were very inconsiderate and not very welcoming I’ve been here a couple of times before I’ve had better experiences but this one will be my last . I came intentionally to sell an item to them and they told me to wait a couple of minutes… she told me she would be with me shortly I assumed 5 -10 mins … I walked around the store looking around for roughly for 30-35 mins after and still they haven’t even bothered looking at my item or acknowledging. I wish she would had told me maybe a estimate wait time so I didn’t have wait or update me on how the sell process worked . I didn’t also like the fact they would speak badly about costumers after they had left the store or their prior questions over the phone . It’s not nice to talk badly about someone . I hope the manager can teach the staff proper costumer service and adequates towards customers . Thank you

I took around 50+pieces of clothing (mostly with tags or worn once/no stains). 1 new tricyle and a new potty that I bought for 30 and my son never used it. The clothes also included Maple leaf Jerseys that were never worn before. I was offered 80 for all those brand new/ or worn only clothing, potty and the new tricycle. So technically offered 1.66/ piece ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️. I would much rather donate at this point. I had already donate 80% of the clothes but saved these for so cash.

With covid some shelves in stores are bare where here you have a great selection with the condition they are gently used.
