★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never shop lulu again. I went to return a pair of pants which I was told fit, and were not see through when I bought them 4 days before. And the employee who helped was nasty and made me feel belittled and like it was my fault the staff told me the pants weren't see through when in fact they were. Mean staff that make you feel like garbage when part of their motto is making women feel good, very bad experience, I will spend my money elsewhere and encourage others to do the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love lululemon but do not love shopping at this location. Staff are uptight and not approachable, they make you feel uncomfortable. I would rather stick to ordering online due to how poorly the store is ran.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst customer service experience. Not a single person greeted me or asked if I required any assistance. As being a past employee at this location we would never leave our guests left uneducated or without our expert knowledge. The worst part is the store was not busy in the slightest. At the till I received nothing but attitude from the girl working. She treated me like as if I could not afford to be shopping here. I will never be purchasing from the Regina store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the best customers service you could ask for Alyssa was amazing to deal with and without hesitation understood what happened and was willing to figure out a quick solution that made everyone happy. I found it very refreshing the fact that they took my feedback on how the product could be better and assured me she would have it addressed with there product development team. Thanks Alyssa!!!
