★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't normally post reviews but I was at this below the belt today for some Christmas shopping and I had a horrible experience with an employee named Andrea. My mother and I got about 200$ in gifts we wanted to purchase and decided to look around, while we were looking in the clearance section the employee seen someone bump into my mom causing her to spill her drink.. No big deal it happens the employee proceeded to tell my mom that she spilled on a shirt and that must be why they didn't allow drinks in the store in a very snarky and unprofessional manner. There are no signs stating this apparent no drink rule and not one of the employees who greeted us said anything about it so that also made us feel worse but the tone this woman took and how she chose to deal with the incident was appalling to both of us as my mother has worked in retail for over 15 years and I have worked in retail for 6 years, the employee seemed to be the manager which shocked us even more she was absolutely unprofessional. All I can say is if I can't get it anywhere in the city but below the belt i will be ordering it online. Customer service is the most important thing to any business. I could go on about how the situation for worse but you get the picture, needless to say we won't support this store any longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was so ridiculous and very unprofessional of this store hiring such careless staff. My son who bought a bracelet less than a week ago wanted to return it but the sales associate said that it was the final sale and could not be returned while the policy on the receipt stated 21 days for exchange and return. She just intended to play a trick on a teen. When I realized such a nonsense, My wife went with him to the store again. Having complained to her, she returned the item with no such final sale stuff being argued anymore. It’s so sad that such illiterate staff is working at this store.
