H	Haley Leasak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to look at some stuff for Christmas and a lady at the cosmetics counter said there was a rewards card and if you sign up you get 10% … at no point did she utter the word MasterCard until she said she was running my credit check did I ask the question is this a credit card ? And she says yes !! The audacity to not tell me that this is a fricken MasterCard !!! Couldn’t believe it by the time it was said and done I ended up with this card ? I didn’t sign anything and she wouldn’t let me put my own info into the form I think in hopes I would end up waiting till it’s to late ! Congratulations lady you won … smh
G	Gail Daggett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never shop online again with the Bay. I had ordered an item which came with two free gifts. I placed the order on November 1st. I received the 2 free gifts on November 4th, but not the actual item I ordered. I phoned 4 times and was told that a request for refund was put forward. Well the response I received today stated that…… we are unable to offer approval. Although your request was not approved, please be assured that you are “valued” as a customer. Basically what this response infers is that I’ve lied about not receiving the product . I can see why the company is sinking and will probably close soon.
A	Anne Jacobson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I always find what we want at The Bay in the Cornwall Centre. We both have luck with shoes and boots that fit perfectly. My daughter esp has good luck with fashion, too. There are petite and plus size fashions. We enjoy choosing our makeup and scents, and the cosmetic staff are helpful and courteous. Good variety of jewellery and purses, too. I love the basement floor, where i can always find the kettle, frying pan or dish I need. Our only complaints: the elevators are a bit crammed with a power wheelchair. Our biggest complaint is the washroom. It was not clean, any time we were there. Foul odor. There is a wheelchair stall which i found cringe worthy, in need of a thorough scrub down. For a beautiful store like The Bay, a fresh, clean public washroom is essential. The store's rating would be 5 star with this improvement.
K	Karim Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place looks like a haunted house, not much going on, floor is cemented, some tiles, lighting is always a issue, felt depressing, don’t have much merchandise, compare to other Hudson Bay stores, especially Edmonton Hudson Bay is loaded, regina one look like a cheap copy.
J	Judy Erdelyan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hadn't been to the Bay in Regina for 2 years during Covid. I was shocked when I walked in, the store looked as though its CLOSING OUT ! The basement floor GONE, now only 2 floors. Shelves were bare, Clothing Racks few and far between, mostly for SALE items, Checkouts gone with only a few remaining,. I wont be back , it used to be my go-to place for ladies wear ! I think it's on it's way out just as Sears The lady at the counter said my Old Bay card would not work ... so I was signing up for a new one. She FAILED to tell me it was Master Card OR that I would have to committ to a credit check .... I declined but when I got home .... I received an email saying my card was accepted. Now, they have all my info ... where do I go from here !
P	Patricia Masse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found some sandals here. Not exactly what I was looking for in colour, but are otherwise exactly what I needed. Hard to find sandals that are not flat or high heels. Lady at till was very good!
