This is the worst site imaginable. Even one star is too good for it. Trying to get into my details using my user ID they provided and the server is unavailable. Trying to phone and the lines are too busy. No help available at all. Apparently there are problems with my ID because I just moved here and I need help transferring some files from the Cross Cancer Clinic to the Regina Cancer Clinic, and there is no way to get guidance from Saskatchewan Health for sure

Quick and easy to use. Got my vaccination certificate and QR code downloaded in seconds. Great that both I and my doctor can see my medical history (to a certain extent). Very helpful and handy website!

This is one of the worst sign up for a service apps I have ever seen. I had to wait on hold for one plus hour just to get a six digit code. I entered my information perfectly and triple checked it and it still said it was wrong. If I could give zero stars I would. This should be simple and easy to use.

1800 # has same message from 6 months ago ('call is important... large volume of calls due to renewal cards'?)... then 'try again later' and then call is disconnected. Local number - on queue/on hold, 17 minutes and counting...

I've been on hold for 3+ hours.. just trying to get my pin to register for the service. It would be nice to be able to use the service our taxes pay for and will soon be critical to entering many businesses. Update: got called about 9 hours later. Super happy with the service I received once they called

I thought I was the only one having problems with this site. The phone operators are even worse. They treat a person so bad for not being vaxxed and then when you do get vaxxed they make it even harder to prove that you been vaxxed. It's backwards. Wait on hold for an hour and get treated like garbage aswell. User unknown error. Lol cannot verify my DL number either. What kind of wierd system did they try to make. Just dumb

Worst possible government website imaginable. i would give 0 stars if i could. How is an official website that people rely on THIS bad? I lost my PoV card so I have tried for 3 days to get the QR code and it constantly says 'error' or 'user not found'. I'm stuck at home because of this terrible website. I won't even bother calling from what the other reviews say. Something needs to be done about this, who wants to pay for a government that can't address their issues?

Waiting hours over the phone was horrific.. Then in their office, the first staff who was attending me was blaming me (she was loud enough that I could hear her complains on me) that I confuse her over my request. Good thing there was a staff nearby who was more expert and calm and easily figured it out and solved the problem in 2minutes. Beware, look for an expert right away and don't waste your time for staff who talks loud but has less knowledge.
