β β β β β The atmosphere was pleasant enough, the judge could have smiled more, the bailiffs were great, but what really ruined the whole experience was the awful Crown Prosecutor. So overall, a fairly bad time.

β β β β β It would be nice if a human would actually answer a phone call here. I was getting the runaround trying to do an "over the phone" traffic court appearance. Was given a Webex number and access code and when I called, was basically "on hold" for half an hour. I was concerned because this would affect my "court appearance", so when I called to voice my concerns, got nothing but a voice mail all 3 call attempts, and when I left a message no one ever did return my call. Wow, must be nice to get paid the big bucks for doing SFA at work.
