I can honestly say every time I go into Popeye's I never feel this way (and it's been 2 years of going regularly). The staff are friendly, personable and helpful. Just want to say a big thanks from a loyal customer :)

My delivery arrived quickly thereafter with a “little gift” in the box I am sure for my inconvenience. I would order again online. Thank you for great customer service.

Stefano, from the Newmarket store, called me the following day and informed that the flavour had been discontinued offering me alternatives (flavour) or a full refund. Instead he was able to track some grape down for me in the smaller containers (from other stores) and then refunded the balance. The service was prompt and smooth. I have been shopping at this location for some time now, and is a great store to deal with, whether for picking up online orders or shopping in store. This is the first time I was not able to get my order, as ordered, and the customer service and communication was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wifey and I ran out of protein powder. We've been using Optimum for the last couple of years. It was our first time here and the employee working was very helpful. We had some coupons from previous purchases and applied them to the purchase. We also received a free gift of a shaker. I'm hoping for a future sale of Optimum Chocolate Love, so I could buy them in bulk.
