★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had posters of pk subban all over the store. I asked where his products were in the store and clerk said they don’t carry his products. Not all stores carry the line. So there marketing in-store doe not match what is offered. I recommend calling store before visiting if you’re seeking particular items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love product but customer service sucks. Was getting a gift for a friend. Asked for help saying it was a gift. Sales person processed a payment without a gift receipt and just showed the product in a bag. Had to ask for a gift receipt and then had to ask for some sort of nicer packaging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the RW store at upper Canada mall with my spouse, we got, excellent customer service from Barbara, she was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. She went above and beyond, I would give her 6 stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michelle helped us from start to finish with picking out outfits for my cousin's wedding. She was amazing with suggesting a top for me and my bf got a reccomendation for a whole suit. She even helped us with steaming the tops and pants. Thanks so much Michelle, you really made this shopping experience comfortable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to provide reviews for businesses that go above and beyond in terms of customer service and RW&Co at Upper Canada Mall is one of them. I have been to other locations but I have to say that the Newmarket location is my favourite. It is always clean and neat, and the layout makes it so easy to have a great shopping experience. And a special shout-out and thank you to Rachel. She was warm, welcoming and so helpful with my specific search. She obviously knows the store and the products inside out, and she provided great feedback, as well as some really great clothing and pairing suggestions. While I was there, I also noted that she was just as kind and helpful to other customers, so great job! I will definitely be back!
