★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Great people. Travelled from Markham to this location. Special thanks to Scott for helping me find the best shoes in our budget. Also thanks to Emily who was patient during check out when figuring out the corporate discount codes I had.
Will definitely be shopping here again. 100% recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and well stocked store. Staff members were friendly and helpful. However it was evident this location was unstaffed. As the line inside the store to pickup online orders were pretty long. The online order pickup location is at the back of the store without any clear signage. Probably would be a good idea to clearly mark online order pickup area so customers are not wondering around the store to look for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was upset when I went to the location in Newmarket because it looked like they were going under. The women's department was packed together like clearance. Didn't have anything that was inv there fliers. That I asked for. No one was around for a while. Not happy. Usually my favorite store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the larger Mark's I have been to. They have a large selection of men's and ladies clothing, from socks, underwear, glove, hats, to casual wear (jeans, t-shirts) and work casual wear, plus "work wear" for outdoor/construction workers. They have a large selection of shoes and boots, both casual and work (green patch). All of there items are sold at a fair price.
I have bought quite a number of items from Mark's over the years and they are of good quality. I work for a utility and the last pair of safety boots I bought, lasted me around 10 years, my jeans are 3 years old and still look new. Having said that, when Canadian Tire bought Mark's, it used to be called, Mark's Work Wearhouse, they just are not the same. They had workwear, now it is more of a clothing store that just happens to sell some workwear.
I know it's is not their fault, as many stores are low on stock due to COVID, but I went in to buy new cargo pants and they were low on stock and did not have my size. Same with work boots, ones in my price range, with the features I wanted, they did not have my size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased 2 shirts online, but it took a week for the order to process despite there being stock in the same store. Went to pick them up but only one person could help apparently, who was on the phone for 15min before we gave up. No other staff had any info on the online process nor could they help in any way.
No way to cancel the order online. Called the help desk, was told to take no action, funds would be returned automatically after a couple weeks. It's been over a month.
2 stars because the system and service suck but the clothes are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in on Sunday looking at a pair of dress shoe. Spoke to the gentleman to confirm the shoe was 40% off - after confirming the discount I grabbed a pair and as I walked away he comes behind me saying this offer expired and rips off the discount tag from the display.
I walked right out of the store and will never ever shop at your store again. I pulled off your store location from our shop as well so no employee will ever return to you guys for safety shoes/boots. I let my wife know as well so her region takes down your location also. Maybe think twice before you judge someone for a discount that was clearly on display.
