★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small and cozy shopping space with the most knowledgeable and lovely staff ever!! They always go the extra mile to make sure you are looked after and satisfied. I highly recommend running room as a place to purchase running/ walking/ athletic gear, but also for their weekly runs with incredibly patient and knowledgeable trainers. Worth every moment and penny to say the least!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today Tuesday june 29 in the morning ..at aprox. 12:30pm. The guy at the store was not helpful at all. No knowledgeable at all. I was asking for some advice about shoes and my running activity..and the only thing he replied was: " all of these shoes are the same"..then I asked for some specific size. He said we don't have it. But didn't even make the minimum effort to help. Like showing me another model with that size.. I know the runing room is very good.. because then I went to the aurora location..and the lady there was absolutely amazing and helpful.. but the guy at the newamekrt was even rude and not helpful. Hopefully the owner of this store will read this review and do something for the reputation of this business. I would say the guy was a white person.. a bit heavy build. Mid 40s. I am not sure if because I am a non white person I received that treatment. ..but I honestly prefer to think that he was just in a bad mood when I went there..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my wife and I went there and were so impressed with the knowledge, friendliness and patiences of Emma. I told Emma that I wear a size 9, turns out that I dont, Im a 10. But she worked hard to find a 10 wide that would fit and be good for me. She was very personable, so much so that we went in just for shoes for me. We ended up buying 2 pairs for me and a pair for my wife.
We live in Barrie but we will call and find out if Emma is working to go back there, she is an asset to your company.
I hope she gets rewarded for being so amazing.
