Great experience. I had issues with toe injuries in the past and needed advices to get the right shoe for me. The lady that were there was very nice and took time to help me find the right shoe for what I do. Thanks again for your patience !

The staff person who helped me to get a new pair of walking shoes knew her stuff! Checked how I walk, based on size info brought me 3 pair to try on. I went home with a pair that were so comfy they almost felt like slippers. When I wore them to walk to work today, my feet were very happy. Thank you!

Was in there barely 5 minutes before another customer who was friends with an employee came in and they talked about races for 10 minutes ignoring me. Then they had the nerve to rush me out when more customers came in. very unprofessional employees. products are okay, but I will be returning my shoes to purchase them elsewhere.

How rude. Wow how rude. My wife and I went in and there was this dumpy little girl giving us attitude. Had to move things her own way and got snarky with us.. We were prepare to spend up to $450 on 2 pairs of shoes but we just walked out . Arnold was wrong because we won't be back

Blown away by the difference in staff experience between RR Regina and Sunshine and Ski - Track and Trail. Background - pre COVID I ran 70KM+ a week. I would go throgh a pair of shoes every three-four months. I have purchased several pair from RR Regina in the past. I go in, get what I need and leave. 10 - 15 min regular easy sale. I have been waiting over a year to go into a shop and pick up new shoes. I even held back buying them online last week, until COVID restrictions ended, so I could go into RR Regina and experience the pure joy that is trying and buying new shoes. If you run, you know what I am talking about. When I went in I looked around, no mask policy or social distancing signs, but everyone staff and customers were wearing masks so I put mine on. No problem, I'm good, I am on a mission here. I made a bee line to the sale table. These shoes last me four months anyways, why spend loads of $$$. They had listed on their website that they had a sidewalk sale on, and they had some shoes listed that I wanted to try, however they were not on the table. No problem, it happens. Everything is higher priced than I thought they would be "on sale" but whatever. I go over shoes, staff comes by and asks what I need. I had already grabbed a pair I wanted to try. I am told these are neutral. Because they were neutral and not supportive, they then took them from me and put them back on the pile and said "this table here is support", and turns away. Like who takes merch from a customer? Okay whatever. I say to them I want to try them anyways (new brand to me and I wanted to compare - however my reasons are really none of their business. I'm here for the experience). They get them back and tell me I could try them on once a bench became available. Now these benches are 7-8 feet long. Room for two butts on one bench no? I guess not here at RR Regina. Two of them, two customers already trying shoes, this could take awhile. I guess they are doing social one customer to a bench/distancing after all (you should post that in your store). So I looked down and saw a foot step by the counter with a couple items on it. I decided, why not sit here, and I started moving the stuff to the counter so I could try the shoes on. I hear this "Sir! you will have to wait for a bench to open". With that I returned the shoes and left. Like I just want to try on some freaking shoes, and you can only have two customers at a time in the entire store try shoes? I return the shoes to the table, leave and drive straight to Track and Trail. Waited till 10:30am for them to open. Mask policy clearly stated on the door. They opened I put mask on and go in. Made a straight line to the sale items. I am looking them over, found the shoes I wanted to try at RR Regina. They were about 30$ cheaper at Track and Trail. Staff comes over and asks what I need. Staff tells me these are neutral and more of a walker. (Good advice adding the walker bit). Staff suggests another shoe of the same brand but more supportive for me (giving customer options and explaining - good job AND they are on sale too. Awesome!). I say great get me a 10. I get the shoes and look for a bench. There are a few around. Not big benchs, singles. I can try them on away from other people. (Hey distance without having to have a "distance" policy - good idea). While I am trying the shoes staff suggested, they find me another, cheaper pair. Mizunos. Never tried them before. I try these on as well. They feel good, but not as supportive at the front, they explain to me WHY the difference between the two shoes. I say great I'll take them both. I got in, got what I wanted and left Track and Trail. They made a 220+$ cash sale (taxes in) in all of 10 mins. Felt much more "welcomed" by the staff, a clear store policy on masks, room for customers to try shoes, and cheaper! Good bye RR Regina. I guess COVID was so very good for your business that you don't need mine anymore.

Came in today Sunday, March 27th to replace my Saucony Peregrine Ice shoes. Was greeted at the door, felt very welcomed by Don. He provided very friendly service even though he was busy with other customers as it was busy in there and met my needs!! Thanks for great service Don!!! Signed a happy runner!!

Went in on a Sunday afternoon and was promptly assisted by a young gentleman (Garret) who ask what I was looking for. He brought me three different brands of shoes and was very knowledgeable. They do offer a military/govt discount. On checkout I was told they have a 30 day return policy so long as you don’t wear the shoes outside. I would definitely suggest this store on the above observations. Thanks.

I used to love this place tremendously and went there any time I needed something for running or advice regarding proper footwear. They have hired a new girl who is incredibly rude. She talks to customers like they are stupid and does very little to help anyone. She advised I get a certain pair of runners which has left me unable to run and many injuries that I am still getting therapy for. My mother went in the other day and had the same experience I did. She inquired about inserts for her footwear and the lady refused to help her because my mothers taste in insoles was "cheap", even though she was more than willing to spend more on a better kind. Rather than advising her towards a better brand she was condescending and avoidant and my mom ended up leaving. We both used to love the service and would spend good money but since this lady started there, we have both stopped going. Disappointing for two previously regular customers...
