★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was ok but the lenses are only covered for up to a year. The coating has started to come off just after a year. Now my glasses are no good cause my vision is now fuzzy if I wear them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here if you want quality eye wear! First the optometrist Dr Fan was extremely rude and impatient. Then my eyewear lens kept coming off the frames. Had to go back 4 times to get it fixed within a 1 month period. Then when I requested a new pair of eye glasses the Manager had the nerve to tell me that I had to pay again for another pair even though she was the one that kept fixing them..will NEVER GO BACK THERE. Had to wear my old pair til I was entitled to get another pair through my insurance. In total I paid $700 NOT WORTH IT. Do not bother to respond to redeem yourself now......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE this shop! Karen and Edmund are very patient and experienced. Selecting the right frames and deciding on the lenses all takes place in a relaxed atmosphere. No rushing and no pressure to purchase right away. They stand by the products they sell and if by chance something breaks, they repair it free of charge. If you are looking to get away from the 'big box' experience of some larger eyewear places, look no further! Highly recommend!

They are always looking put for your best interest, always have amazing recommendations for the lenses that work best for you as well as a AMAZING frame selection. They are the BEST and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for glasses or contacts.
