★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this establishment for a number of years. Dr. McAlpine and his staff are helpful, efficient and friendly. I feel very comfortable going and leaving the place and have always got nice glasses that fit perfectly and they last. I would definitely recommend this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These Optometrists are the best !! Hands down they have the top of the line testing equipment & not to leave out, the staff make you comfortable while they do the initial screening. Persons of all age. Our family has been seeing better for more than 35yrs. There is no guessing here. They have the up-to-date test equipment & you are treated like "family".

The two assistant in the front are really bad at time management and they will make u wait so much to the point you will lose it and very not friendly at all
And doctor Robert Mac alpine bullied me and my 3 years old
Very rude and disrespectful to us
Entire appointment took 20 seconds and he kicked us out like he owns this country and we all are his slaves /
Very bossy /he has to be responsible for his acting if he is representing CPSO
He has absolutely no right to speak with us like that
I was about to call the cops on him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience with this office. My son saw three different doctors (2 at walk-ins and 1 at the emergency department) and was given three different diagnoses. His eye kept getting worse. I left a message for Dr. MacAlpine's office in the morning, before it opened. I got a call within minutes of opening and my son was able to see Dr. MacAlpine within 2 hours of that call. The staff were great do deal with. We were seen within minutes of arriving at the office and my son finally received the proper diagnosis and antibiotics. His eye is finally back to normal! This was our first encounter with this office but I am absolutely sure it will not be our last. Thank you!

Not only did I have a great experience in getting new glasses from you at 59, but when I ran over the 2 week old pair of perscription glasses with my car, you and your team of Justin, Taylor and Michelle didn't laugh at me too much. How you warranteed that pile of plastic i will never know. Thanks so much Robert and I have been and will continue to refer you as the go to for eye care.
PS; I can see clearly now my brain has gone!(I don't think I will flatten them again with my car)

After almost 20 years since my last eye exam, I was nervous to go and finally get one done. Aurora 2020 was recommended to me by a friend and I am very thankful for that. The knowledgeable and kind staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Walking me through each test and process as we went. Also providing valuable and honest input as I was trying on different glasses, looking for the right pair. Dr. MacAlpine was fantastic and took the time to explain everything in an effortless and easy to understand manner. I would highly recommend Aurora 2020 if you are looking for an Optometrist, I will definitely be returning!
