โ โ โ โ โ Called here after I had a bad experience with a different clinic. The lady who answered the phone was SO friendly and helpful even though I was already a bit frustrated. She explained the situation, offered a different alternative and even wish me a nice rest of my day. Nice to be reminded that these kind of people still exist in the world.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been a patient here for years. I showed up for my appointment and was turned away because I am covered by OHIP and they were on strike. I don't mind the strike, but I should have been notified and my appointment psotponed.
I waited to see what response would come, but nothing. My time off from work and effort wasted with only a "sorry, it was an honest mistake" from reception.
They don't really care about their patients. Otherwise a bit more effort would have been made to aploogize for their mistake.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been attending York Eye Care Clinic for several years now and am happy I switched over to their care. The secretary and assistant are very friendly, professional and educated. The doctor is very thorough and did not try and push glasses and products on me like some do in the industry.
Happy to see that they are following the government mandates to keep everyone safe. Will continue to support them for years to come.
