★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time visiting Bicycle Planet. My sons brake cable broke on his bike, so on the way to search for a new brake system we stopped into this shop. I produced all the pieces we had and he happily assisted and informed us that all we needed to replace was a piece of the cable. He proceeded to give instructions on how to fix it and low and behold my son is riding his bike again without shaving his shoes down. I'm sure we would have ended up purchasing a whole new system that wasn't required. Service was great and very friendly! I will recommend this shop to others. Always like to support the local town businesses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small business in Aurora operated by one man, Jim. Have been going to the store since 2009 for bike builds and repairs, even though living at least 30 minutes away. This guy knows bikes, is friendly, professional and I trust his guidance. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service! Jim is very knowledgeable and pleasant person, I took my bike there for tune up and also got recommendations to purchase a bike for my 5 years old son as I wasn’t sure which make/model I should consider. He advised excellent.
Highly recommended this shop to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We met Jim for the first time this week. My husband thought he needed a new inner tube for his bike as the air valve was twisted. Even though Jim was really busy, he immediately looked at the wheel and was able to fix it within 5 minutes, and we didn't need a new inner tube. We've now found a new bike shop. Jim knows his trade and he also has a great sense of humour. We'll be letting our family and friends know about Bicycle Planet as well. Thanks Jim.

He's a kind, honest, and experienced mechanic who got me back on the road in 15 minutes. I highly recommend Bicycle Planet for the expert advice and killer customer service.
