He was knowledgeable and listened to what I asked for in a bike and in my budget. When I came in the next day to pick up my bike, a staff member helped load my bike into my vehicle which was greatly appreciated. Great staff and great service!

Upon deciding not to go ahead with the work, Western Cycle agreed to keep my bike for a project or to recycle it, as I did not want it back. I will definitely come back to Western Cycle for future bike needs and recommend it to friends/family!
