OUR STORY
Parkland Carpet One opened their doors on September 15, 1982 by our founder Larry Penner. We have been locally owned and operated for 31 years in the Regina area.
In 2000 Parkland underwent a partnership change with Larry’s retirement and Robert Grain, Anna Hung, Matthew Mayer and Thanh Diep took over the day to day running of the store. Each partner works in the store in various roles and responsibilities. Anna Hung is our Accounts Manager and Thanh Diep is our Installation Manager. All business partners are proud citizens of Regina.
Parkland Flooring is involved in various organizations throughout Regina such as the Regina & District Chamber of Commerce, the Regina Business Association the Regina Symphony Business Club, the Regina Home Builder’s Association and many different local charities, sports teams and cultural events.
Parkland is a small local business that is proud to support employment in Regina, employing currently fifty employees between our sales staff, back office staff and installers and we are always growing!
Parkland continues to grow thanks to our many valued customers. With 13,000 square feet of space, our store is the largest in Southern Saskatchewan offering you unmatched style and selection.
Our affiliation with Carpet One the world's largest flooring cooperative gives us the ability to showcase a wide variety of brands and styles while maintaining the values and customer service of a locally owned, community-minded business. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went yesterday for information on new flooring - left with more questions than answers. I was certainly a bother to the sales person. Prices for flooring were estimates - he could not be bothered to look up the price. I took a couple of samples home and will return them today never to return. Not interested in spending my money here. My background is customer service and the experience was a 0 star. My business is not wanted I guess. The only positive is that I know to look elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good customer service and that's it. I shopped here for a few years (2015-2018). When I started looking for alternative quotes, I realized Parkland's prices are about 30 to 45% higher. Even when I showed the sales persons proof that other shops offering lower prices, they did not or could not adjust their prices. I don't even get quotes from Parkland anymore because it is a waste of time. Prices too high. Good showroom and collection though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently purchased flooring from Parkland and while we ran into some small hiccups with communication, I have to say the service was otherwise great. Special ordering flooring came in quickly. We dealt with Tyson in sales who came within an hour of calling to do measurements, and I had a great chat with Robert regarding some of the minor communication stuff. Would certainly recommend this team and we will use them again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only reason they don’t get 5 stars from me is because the installer that was a subcontractor made some mistakes in our bathroom. After speaking with Robert he had the installation manager Denzel come out and make the repairs. Denzel was awesome and did a excellent job. When leaving he asked if I wanted the cardboard roll from the flooring for my 4 year old to play with. I was very happy with the work Denzel did but making my son happy means the world to me. Thanks Denzel !
