★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Sterling Pluming for do the rough in and water line for a new bathroom in my basement. Braden came out and give me a very fair quote and got the job done in like 6 hours with his partner. ( Another company said it would take them 2-3 days with 2-3 guys.)
The job looks professional and they clean up after themselves very good.
Only can recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Landon come out to fix our dripping outdoor faucet. Turns out it was a bigger job than we had thought! Landon found defects which explained some of the other issues we were having. He stayed late to finish the outdoor faucet, as I had mentioned we really wanted to start to fill our pool, so we said he wanted us to be able to start the process. He was very mindful of our doggies, in keeping the gate closed, as he was in and out of the yard, so that they wouldn't run away...because yes, they do that often. We had to book another appointment to have the remainder of the work done, and we specifically asked if he could come back to finish the job. Amazing customer service and he was able to fix all the issues we were having in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him and the company to anyone looking for an honest, friendly and thorough experience!

They were thorough, professional, and masters of their trade. We were very impressed at how clean they left our basement and how tidy the job looks with the new replacement furnace.

The set up for the appointments on the phone were easy and set out to provide what I needed as I did have special requests. I've been amazed by their technicians. Today was Eric and he took the time to explain what was going on and any ideas he had to hopefully avoid problems in the future.
