Gr Flooring reached out to us after the original review. They apologized for the experience and reimbursed us for the bull noses that we had already cut. Rene the GM did a very good job on the customer service aspect. There may have been a disconnect between the sales person and the GM. I wish we would've spoken with Rene a little sooner. They did more than they needed to try and make the situation as good as it could get. Pretty impressed. Thank you GR. Original review below. --------‐------------------------------------------------------ If you don't want to read the full review below. Avoid this business. Windsor Plywood for real hardwood. Floors by Design for everything else. Purchased some engerneed hardwood (Rain Tree) flooring through GR. We're bouncing back and forth between this and real hardwood throughout (not from GR through Windsor) GR gave us a great deal that Windsor was unable to get into the same ball park. Flooring came quick and they delivered. GR would've had to pay for storage so delivered for free to save both parties cash. Mix up on T moldings but GR fixed it. Had to pick up the bullnoses in 3 separate trips as the shop didn't know where our items were or how much we had. We were not able to use any bull noses GR would not take back as they were cut. When ordering our salesman was not aware we had an open staircase. He tried to fix it and was unable. We had to eat $1000 of Raintree product. Then had to redo bullnoses. We went to Windsor Plywood. Purchased real wood bullnoses and did the stairs ourselves. Turned out great just had to pay twice. Overall communication with GR was poor. Had left numerous messages for salesman at the store. We were told we should've contacted the salesman on his personal cell instead of going through the store. This occurred on more than 3 occasions. After speaking with other trades none of them use GR.

Very friendly staff. We worked with Erin to choose tiles and flooring for our bathroom renovation. Very helpful, lots of choices, but she made the process easy. We will definately be back!

Upon arriving at GR Flooring we were greeted by many helpful staff members. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Todd who had extensive knowledge and recommendations for our project. He allowed us time to browse independently and answered all our questions. We highly recommend GR Flooring and will be doing business again with them in the future.

My fiance and I built a house through Gilroy Homes and our flooring was done through GR flooring Inc. There was a mix up in the beginning, however, Michael, one of the owners of GR quickly fixed this with us and made it possible for us to install 'Harmony Thundercloud LVP' throughout most of our main floor. We are very thankful for Michael and his efforts to help us find a flooring we loved. He was patient, provided excellent customer care, and he was easy to work with. I highly recommend working with him to find the flooring you love. In regards to the flooring itself, it is absolutely beautiful and we have had numerous compliments on it. My only concern is that there are a few scratches already. That being said, they occurred right after install, while the house was still under construction (prior to us moving in). Since moving in 5 weeks ago, we have only had 1 scratch, and we have not noticed any scratches or damage from our dog at this point. It is also very water resistant which is amazing! Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the flooring.
