★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excuses are all I am getting as to the completion of work done to get a 97 percent occupancy certificate..To date 210 thousand dollars has been given to the contractor Adrian and no more then 100 thousand has been put into the house..Upon a phone conversation he even admitted to having financial problems.. Be very careful and to your homework if you choose this contractor to do any work for you..All stated can be verified...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion he shouldnt be in businesses. As stated with the other review, he took our money and left. He said "i feel we have completed the job." In my opinion he is the biggest con artist. P.S....before foreclosing......the companys name was just Tamco Home......in my opinion you are setting yourself up for being ripped off if you hire Adrien and his company.
