Our Construction manager had great communication and kept us updated on the build progress. Zarkor has been great to work with and we look forward to doing further business together! Great work guys!

Not only did the home exceed our expectations but the customer service prior and post possession was great! They were very prompt and efficient in rectifying any minor deficiencies after we had moved in. If your'e looking to build a great home, needing extensive or minor home renovations, or great customer service, I would highly recommend Zarkor!

We worked with their team and we were able to customize the floor plan, colours, finishes to fit our growing families needs and wants. Zarkor was always available and provided regular updates on the build and followed up after our completion showing their commitment to customer service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Zarkor home four years ago and could not be happier. The design is beautiful and the very few issues we had were dealt with immediately. When the summer heat kicked in a few weeks ago, our air conditioner wasn't working very well, so we called a couple of plumbers, but they were booked up for over a week. I decided to call Shaheen at Zarkor, two hours later a plumber was at our house fixing the issue. Great product, great service, great people!!

We didn't expect them to contact us until the following day but within 2 hours Shaheen was at our home giving us an estimate. 2 days later our roof was started and completed. We also got a $500 rebate as a bonus! Amazing customer service. I highly recommend Zarkor Homes for all of your renovation needs!
