I changed management of the properties to Royal LePAGE Regina Realty - Property Management. They provided expert advice on maintenance, and provided the services I couldn’t do for myself. They did an amazing job of getting the units rented. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had started renting from them in the middle of October and honestly since I moved in I have had nothing but problems. In my agreement it states they are in charge of the lawn and snow removal, it snowed 3 times within 2 weeks and took 4 emails just to get them to clear it (meanwhile walking through 3 feet of snow) i even asked if they could juat dropna shovel off and inwould do it myself. My microwave just about started on fire shortly after moving in and took them a month to get me a "temporary" one until the right one shows up. And now the building hasn't had water for 4 days going on 5 and I have NOT HAD a plumber yet. They state there is a frozen line which I get we live in Saskatchewan I had the city out and called 3 different plumbers they ALL told me to do the same thing., but they are refusing to listen. They have a space heater on the water lines that aren't even frozen. I have explained and sent numerous amounts of emails and texts messages stating we need a certain plumber to come out and put a heating rod down the line and thaw it out.i even tried to called and pay for one myself and they denied it for whatever reason. I strongly urge people NOT to rent from them. They clearly don't care about the tenants or the state of their living conditions. I will be going to the rentslsman and going after all the extra costs associated, the inconvenience and lack of holding up their end if the rental agreement
