My wife, daughter, and I just finished eye exams at the local Costco and were planning on shopping for glasses at some local stores.
Our journey first found us at a major chain where the service wasn't very good, prices were poorly explained, and selection was lacking.
We then headed over to Optical Thirty 8, where we had the best optical experience we've had in our lives. Upon entering, we were greeted immediately with warm smiles and friendly service. The staff patiently took the time to find glasses for all of us while providing excellent advice. The prices and services offered were great as well.
Not everyday that you can walk away from an experience wanting to tell everyone about it. This was one such time. Thank you Optical Thirty 8!

โ โ โ โ โ My family had such an amazing experience at Optical Thirty 8 in Aurora. The staff is extremely welcoming, patient and helpful. The selection of frames and the prices are unbeatable. They also have really cute frames for little kids. The lenses include scratch free, glare free, sun protection and a couple of other protections included without additional cost. I highly recommend trying them for all of your optical needs.

Neil and the staff went above and beyond in every aspect. They were very helpful with helping pick out glasses for myself and my mom offering their honest opinion (which helps a lot!). My mom still wanted to shop around at other places and no one was pushy at all, if not more helpful for breaking down the prices to assist her with comparing! Neil was patient with my indecisiveness and not rushing me at all. This is the third time I have bought my glasses there and had a great experience each time :)

โ โ โ โ โ Great selection of glasses at this location, the staff were very helpful especially Marc, he spent time with us helping us choose the right glasses for my daughter and then he explained all the options and he wasnโt knowledgeable and professional. We will be back to this place for sure. I recommend it to anyone looking for great service and wide selection!

โ โ โ โ โ I went here to get an eye exam with Dr. Kristy Lam. She was absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable. I learned a great deal from her! Every one else was exceptionally professional and the level of service was fantastic. I would highly recommend this place.

โ โ โ โ โ Optical Thirty 8 staff is very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I had an issue with some online glasses I've recently purchase and they helped me understand why buying online is probably isn't best for my prescription. My glasses were giving me crazy eye strain.
Even though I was purchasing online, I will be purchasing from Thirty 8 from here on out. Thanks guys!

โ โ โ โ โ This place is awesome. The staff are beyond outstanding and the selection of frames is unbelievable. Broke my glasses and it was taking a bit to get the lenses, because they were super-duper, but they made me temp lenses to get by at no charge. An outstanding place. SIX STAR PLACE!
