★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into Freshii today for a healthy lunch option. Grabbed the Fiesta and added chicken. Place was pretty full of customers, however service was quick and easy. Decided to eat my lunch inside, table was a little dirty, but not a big deal. Food was filling and pretty tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is based on this location! Overall i love Freshii and its concept- but lately their menu is limited and they have removed some items! Also this particular location is super slooooooooow! It takes maybe 25-30 minutes to get your item ready- the girls seems disoriented and confused and they start one order but leave it in middle go to next one! You can also tell location is severely short staffed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really sad tiny portions. $19 for market salad with steak and a tiny slice of avocado. I’ve had freshii all over gta and the portions are not this tiny. The manager had a disgusting attitude. I hope the head office reads the reviews because there’s no improvement. The employees are texting at the back while customers wait 15 minutes for one salad. Really bad freshii franchise location.

When I asked them to replace my meal, the refused.
When I asked for a refund, I was refused twice.
The manager Talia, doesn't seem to think it's a problem.
Her solution: I'll throw it in the dumpster for you (no refunds) "Have a nice day!" Ya, right - nice way to marginalize my disappointing experience with the food and service at Freshii - instead personalizing by suggesting to the other customers in line that I was just a grumpy person.
No, in fact, my day has been amazing, and the lesson I take away from this experience it this: the staff at Freshii in Aurora, don't care about your preferences, don't care about the quality and don't care about customer service. They think it's ok to swap ingredients and not give customers any notice, and they make the customer wrong for just wanting their usual dish. They don't deserve my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased extra sauce, extra tofu, green onion and avocado. I have never been so disappointed with Freshii, there is barely any sauce let alone 2 portions, tofu or avocado. Never buying from this location again.
