B	Beautiful Nessa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate the Freshii TexMex Burrito for the 1st time. Situated in Corwall Center Food Court. And though it was tasty and fresh, I'm only given it a 3 stars because I feel this was misleading advertisement. I choose the TexMex based on the picture showed above the counter on screen (see pic) but when I got to the cashier and said that I wanted the Tex Mex, she then asked me if I wanted any protein added (ie: chicken, steak ect.) I said: "I want chicken, your advertisement shows that the Tex Mex comes with chicken!" She then gave me some sort explanation. I had been waiting in line and taken time to look at their screen menu to decide, this is what I was going to eat. So when I realized chicken or any other "protein" was going to cost me extra... I just felt played and cornered. And yes I could have left, nobody was holding me hostage. But I had already taken a lot of time walking around the food court, at that point, I was tight with time. I couldn't afford to (time wise) to look for something else, so I ended up paying an extra amount to get a burrito, I initially thought I was going to get for 8.99$. (+ tax). That messed up the whole food experience. I ate it and though (like I said earlier in my comment) it was good, I didn't appreciate my meal as I should have because of that. So beware and ask questions before you make any choices on those burritos because clearly, that advertisement is misleading. I also came across a colleague who fell for the EXACT same trap. So Freshii ... Not impressed!
d	deidra laz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly love the menu variation but for some reason staff hasn't been wearing PPE during a pandemic and there has been a drastic change in the value. When I say no PPE I mean, no mask, no gloves, and no sanitization between customers. I work downtown and frequent the foodcourt often. After being open for a couple of weeks I see they are finally wearing PPE, so I order the tortilla soup that I have had multiple times. The broth was so bland it was like eating rice in water. I paid $15 for rice and water. Not sure if there was a change in management or in the menu, but the food doesn't even seem worth the pricepoint anymore nevermind the lack in health and safety standards.
K	K C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid $16 for a fast food wrap and a bottle of iced tea... yikes. Over-priced and didn’t taste different from anything a person could make at home. I gave them two stars for the kind staff who stopped me from ordering a “side soup” because they’re infact meal size. So a wrap and a soup would’ve been way too much food for one. I appreciated the honesty. Tortilla was very dry and chewy though... overall very poor value for your money...

If this is what they serve people, I would HIGHLY recommend nobody eat here ever. I hope the health board steps in and does something because these people are going to give everyone they serve Cancer

They have substituted shredded mozza for the blue cheese and tanch dressing instead of the vinegarette, which in my mind are some of the things that make a cobb a cobb salad. No mention was made of this. I of course would not have ordered this salad if I had known before hand but didn't notice until I got back to work. Salad had NO taste. Please inform your customers of your changes. NOT worth my $15!

T	Tara Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had this bowl a dozen of times at other locations and it was much fresher. The vegetable seem a bit wilted but it really was the attitude of the workers. The cash wasn't working correctly so I had to wait a few minutes for them to restart the cash. Then my bill did not print correctly and all I had was my debit receipt. However when the lady who prepared my bowl handed it tho me, I said Thank you and she just turned around and kept working. Very rude and probably why in a packed food court they were not busy.
