Pandora should provide some simplified POS system rather than current complicated one which really takes long time for store staff and as well as customer. Though this makes the store looks busy since for one transaction it takes half an hour if there is any problem with any of POS machine for any reason.

Jens customer service is terrible. She feels her time is more important than customers and it shows. Will be letting friends and family know about the stores bad service.

I had awful service from pandora. I got a ring as a gift for christmas. Not even 3 weeks later the gem/stone fell out. I took it to pandora with the receipt. They did not have my size so they said they would order me one in. Sounded great! 2 months goes by and havent heard anything so I call to check up and the girl on the phone (who wasnt very friendly) said she would check my order and put me on hold then got back on the phone 2 seconds later and said "yep it's still coming in should be here by the end of the week" (how do you actually know that?) "kay...so will you call me?"uh sure". Then 6 MONTHS go by havent heard anything. So I go back to the store and ask what's going on. Well they said they would just give me a different ring (could have done this to begin with and not make me wait 8 months) but they needed the damaged ring (ok fine except it got stolen from my car a little while before I went back in). So now they wouldnt do anything for me because 'it's not our fault it got stolen' yeah well this wouldnt have been an issue had they ordered it properly in the FIRST PLACE or offered me a ring they did have in store at that moment. They also should have had all my information on file from coming in the first time but they wouldnt check the computer so it was most likely never ordered in the first place. Moral of the story, don't expect good communication from this store and if your ring breaks ask for a same day replacement whether it be the same ring or a different one because if they say they will order it in you will NEVER get it. Super unfortunate as I loved this store but will not be going back.

Sue was very accommodating, patient, proactive and helpful! My fiancee and I went to purchase a small and inexpensive item but she made us feel very important! You don't get that kind of service a lot nowadays. We are extremely satisfied with her service. Thank you so much Sue!!! You are an asset to your employers. Keep up the good work!

Very poor service and no real knowledge of product! We were told To go to the Bay! Sadly it was the same thing that they had ...we had good service at the bay and bought the bracelet there!!! Will not return to this store ever!!!!

Terrible customer service. I had interactions with two of their associates and they both were extremely rude. I had to exchange a bracelet and the girl clearly didn't seem like she wanted to help. I purchased a charm as well and she didn't even bother giving me a box. Later on after a week or so I went in again to look at something else and the (second) girl was not answering any of my questions, when I asked about something on their website, she just went ahead with I don't know you can check yourself. I ended up returning everything I purchased and made an order online. I will not be going back to the store ever again where all the workers seems so bothered when asked for help.
