He was experiencing some issues with pain and bleeding and very distressed with his symptoms especially after going through radiation previously. Being an RN myself, i recognized that it was important for him to get assessed and scoped to make sure there isn’t something more worrying going on. Dr Robert Gryfe and the team (Tony), nurses and anaesthesiologist were amazing. The procedure was quick and everyone was very professional. As a fellow healthcare professional, I would highly recommend the physicians and team at TIDHI. they are true professionals in this industry!

The black receptionist was so rude, mean and unprofessional that I almost cried. I see most of the bad reviews here are because of the front desk staff. No wonder!

Unfortunately I do not remember their names, but I just want to say thank you for you kind services and help, you went beyond my expectations. If you have an appointment with them, do not worry, you are in the best hands!
J	Javeria Baig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Deepthi Chopra is a sweetheart. She really listens to you and provides a treatment plan suited to your needs. Her IBD nurse Tatianna is also very thorough and quick in responding to your needs. My only concern was that they only have one bathroom for the Colonoscpy-Endscopy suite which is not accessible for other patients. As someone with Ulcerative Colitis I don't feel safe knowing I would have to rush outside of the office to access a washroom. Please get more washrooms for all patients.
L	Luben Blagoev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm extremely impressed with all the staff at TIDHI! The receptionist, the nurses, the anesthesiologist and Dr. Israel. Everyone was extremely kind, compassionate, nurturing and with a great sense of humor. They explained and walked me through everything in detail and made me feel really comfortable. They accommodated my request to not be put under for the procedure and it was really awesome to see everything on the camera and be able to talk to them. They also asked me if I wanted music during the procedure, so we listened to some Justin Bieber. The whole experience was very pleasant and I can't speak highly enough of the entire team! Thank you!

Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and when I entered it looked like I was entering a spa and not a clinic. Very modern and open concept and very clean . All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Dr Michael Bernstein who treated me was very caring and answered all my questions with patience before and after my procedure. This clinic makes you feel confident and relaxed and I would recommend anyone to use the facilities.

There you change to a gown. In my medicinal history, for the first time I was explained on how the gown is supposed to be worn; very helpful as you don’t have to struggle and figure out.The nurse then takes your vitals and preps your IV. You then meet the amazing procedure crew. All are very helpful. Takes about 20mins (I guess). You then have to wait for your ride back home.
