She met me at one of the most chaotic times in my life and supported me immensely in trying to take care of myself through healthy eating habits and starting new routines in my life. She always met where where I was and was the biggest cheerleader of my life. Sadly, my stress levels got in the way of me staying on track and I avoided following up. Alissa was definitely working harder than me at the end. I definitely plan to reconnect once I get a better handle on the stresses in my life. Alissa is such a beautiful person and I am so grateful to have had her in my life.
