l	l m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ though i like structube as a whole and like their selection of furniture i cannot support this location for its awful management staff, poor customer service, and unfair workplace treatment. if at all possible, i would suggest finding a different structube location to shop at.
D	D Phan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I genuinely enjoyed my recent trip to this Structube location so much, it inspired me to share this. To start, I am completely clueless when it comes to home decor and have no idea what I am doing as this is far from my comfort zone. I am so used to snoby, disengaged associates providing lousy service at other stores; I have been conditioned to believe this was the standard across the industry. However, Amanda from this Structube Lawrence location took the time to understand my needs, presented a variety of options, and helped me comprehend the functional reasoning behind her suggestions. It was truly enlightening to come across someone who is actually passionate about staging and so willing to share that excitement with others. I honestly believe she went above and beyond what's expected to deliver an outstanding customer experience, from beginning to end. Amanda's dedication to providing exceptional service, open communication, and quality products- is the value added difference between Structube and their competitors, in this highly saturated decor market. Her professionalism and devotion to serve her customers in this industry, should be considered the operational benchmark of qualitative success. Thank you again Amanda, I truly appreciate and recognize your hard work.

J	Jashneet Cheema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save your money and do not purchase anything from Structube. We bought the Rowan leather couch a couple of years ago as they had a 5 year warranty. After use exclusively in the evenings for a couple of hours of TV watching, the cushions have lost their firmness. I contacted Structube to understand my options and my case was closed because they said our couch was overused. Again, family of 2 who have jobs with LONG hours. This couch has been used very sparingly as compared to others we have had for YEARS. When I contacted support after their decision was emailed to me, I was told not to bother requesting a reconsideration as my request would be denied immediately. My recommendation is to not purchase any furniture you want to get use out of and go to other stores that have better product and will actually honor their warranty. Really disappointed. I have submitted a review on their website, but I am sure the review will not get approved. Disappointed and will never be going back to Structube again.

A very unique one with a dimmer. That's pretty unusual for a bedside lamp. The store has a lot of interesting items in terms of home decor. I don't care for the furniture too much no. It's a little too rustic for me but for others it's quite suitable. They have quite a range of furniture for most consumers needs. So if you're looking for something interesting to purchase for your home this is the place I'd recommended highly

After reaching out several times for support I was responded too with a canned message (that was not even fully filled out correctly) that offered no resolution to the issues we were having with our couch. I would not recommend this company to anybody at this point, which is a shame. Do business elsewhere with people who care about their customers.

I left a review on the Structube site so others can be aware, but it hasn't been posted, so they clearly only post the positive reviews which explains why there are only 5 stars always. Pretty shady practice. People should be aware of their lack of transparency. Also if you place the order online, good luck getting any help in store from anyone at least at Lawrence and Allen road in Toronto. They basically tell you to call the online store as it's not their problem. After filling out a customer service form online, we've had another terrible experience where we're told to repeat information we've already shared, and even directed to fill out the form again. We've just given up. Update: We finally had a response and they gave us a small refund. Better than nothing.

Spent almost $400 on this and got a rusty used mirror with spiderwebs, which I believe they took it off the shelf, packed it and sent over. Not at all happy with my order.
